Xicaru Añejo is made with traditional methods from 100% Maguey Espadin. It rests for a minimum of one year in medium-toasted, used American oak barrels and is finished to 86 proof. Used barrels are employed to prevent over-aging, and the higher proof helps to maintain the essential characteristics of mezcal. Fernando Santibañez had a passion for mezcal and its limitless possibilities. Using his years of experience and his love for mezcal, Fernando respectfully combined the traditions of mezcal with those of barrel aging to create a unique expression in Xicaru Añejo.
Nose: Notes of vanilla and oak.
Palate: Flavor and sweetness that delicately balance with the smoke and maguey.
Finish: Smooth and clean finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
