Old Pali Road is a union of our locally distilled whiskey made using locally sourced corn and a high-quality, aged American whiskey hand blended to the perfect proof with pure Hawaiian water. Founded by Marine Corps veterans and friends Lt. Col. Ian Brooks and Lt. Col. Eric Dill, Ko‘olau Distillery in O'ahu Hawai'i expects to be in full production in December of 2018. Their first product will be Old Pali Road Whiskey. The distillery uses Hawaiian water and locally sourced corn to create a distillate that is then blended with five year old American whiskey. It is bottled at 43% ABV.
Nose: Doughy with cereal, buttered popcorn, roasted peanuts, caramel corn, and spice.
Palate: Peanut-laden sweetness fades into brown butter and Bit-O-Honey candies.
Finish: Clean with peanut notes.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
