Once feared by authorities and furtively sought by libertines everywhere, absinthe is suddenly respectable and available, but no less lovely and intriguing. And ours, if we may say so, is especially delicious. Based on a recipe from the 1700s, Green Siren takes a fair bit of time to make, because we don’t take shortcuts. We skip the artificial color and sugar syrup, and, instead, soak not once but twice with herbs that grow beautifully in Southeast Alaska. Once it takes on its distinctive light-licorice flavor and magical jade hue, we strain it, bottle it, and make it available to you. Imbibe it in the classic ritual, with sugar cube, spoon, and ice-cold water. Or enjoy it in an innovative cocktail, or simply on the rocks. Green Siren won’t make you hallucinate, but it may nicely adjust your attitude.
Nose: Wormwood, lemon balm, and anise hyssop.
Palate: Light and balanced, with fruit, anise, grain, and citrus.
Finish: Long and warming.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
