Bull Run Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a sourced bourbon made from a mash bill composed of 65% corn, 25% rye and 10% malted barley. After the bourbon is aged for a minimum of four years (although a number of barrels are aged as long as five years) in 53-gallon, charred American oak barrels, Medoff hand-selects fewer than a dozen barrels to blend together. After selecting a handful of barrels, the bourbon is blended together and brought to proof with water from the Bull Run Watershed.
Nose: Rye spice, with trace notes of caramel.
Palate: Initial flavors of butterscotch and toffee, which lead to spicy and warm notes of rye.
Finish: Smooth and clean, with a touch of honey and vanilla.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
