Calumet 12 Year Bourbon is what they call “single rack black.” That means that each small batch release is comprised of hand-selected twelve-year-old casks from a single rack of barrels in the center of the storage rick-house known to have ideal temperature and humidity characteristics for aging Bourbon. The traditional mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley is aged in well-toasted casks — with a deep #4 char — accounting for the natural dark color and slight smokiness on the palate. It’s also bottled at a perfect 47% ABV to pack in the flavor. But whatever the secret is, this Bourbon is superior from its lovely bottle to the golden mahogany color to its spot-on flavor profile.
Nose: Old wood, vanilla, and baking spices.
Palate: Toffee, toasted oak, apple, and spice
Finish: Compellingly long with a burst of flavors.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
