Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon Whiskey is at least six years old. But this is the Solera method, which means that the “average age” of the spirit is far older. Then the Whiskey is finished in Oloroso Sherry casks. It’s a costly and time-consuming process, but the solera process brings a complexity to spirits that can’t be found any other way.
Nose: Sweet with toffee, ripe fruits, and exotic florals.
Palate: Spice and toffee with vanilla orchids, walnuts, cinnamon toast, and sultanas.
Finish: Long and smooth with notes of butterscotch.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
