After aging in Hillrock's Solera and Oloroso Sherry Casks, this unique whiskey is then finished in rare French Premier Cru Sauternes wine casks. Sauternes wine, known as the “nectar of the gods”, was prized by both Thomas Jefferson and George Washington in the 18th century. This artisanal whiskey merges the unique terroir of the Hudson Valley with old world European tradition and craftsmanship.
Nose: Caramel, vanilla, nuts, and oak with orange blossom, Meyer lemon zest and honey.
Palate: Honey-coated roasted nuts and cinnamon with warm toffee, caramel, and vanilla essences balanced by honeydew melon, citrus and apricot notes
Finish: Long, clean finish with a lively vanilla, floral oaked finish loaded with honey.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
