Knob Creek® is a small-batch brand of bourbon whiskey that was created by Jim Beam master distiller Booker Noe to embody the look, feel and taste of pre-prohibition bourbon. When prohibition was lifted in 1933, the sudden demand for bourbon presented a dilemma for whiskey-makers as they had to contend with the difficulty of starting distillations from scratch while emerging in a new, competitive market. Bottled at 100 proof, it’s aged in the deepest charred American oak barrels. Make a bolder classic cocktail, sip it neat, or open it up with a drop of water or ice cubes.
Nose: Toasted nuts, grain, and oak notes with maple sugar aroma.
Palate: Rich, sweet, woody, full-bodied, and almost fruity.
Finish: Long, rich, and glowing.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
