Middle West Double Cask Collection OYO Sherry Cask Finished Bourbon Whiskey is a single barrel, single cask, bourbon whiskey that has been aged for 10 years. It is the first single-barrel bourbon to be finished in a sherry cask, which has added to the complexity and flavors of the whiskey. Middle West Double Cask Collection OYO Sherry Cask Finished Bourbon Whiskey is smooth and sweet with hints of vanilla, oak, and spice.
Nose: Dried fruit, toasted oak, and baking spices.
Palate: Cherry, plum, dates, and nutty dark chocolate.
Finish: Long and lingering.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
