Resilient 17 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Butt Finished Straight Bourbon - Resilient 17 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Butt Finished Straight Bourbon is bottled uncut at 122.4 proof, 61.2% ABV, with a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% barley. Resilient straight bourbon whisky barrels are hand-picked single barrels of quality. "We are looking for barrels that are well-balanced with grain and wood. Barrels that really shine and bring some great flavors to the nose and palate. We enjoy finding these barrels, bottling them up, and bringing them forward to our friends and community of whisky enthusiasts."
Nose: Caramel, plum, dried fig, chocolate, toffee, chestnut, and oak spice.
Palate: Raisins, plum, caramel, chocolate, almonds, cinnamon, and clove.
Finish: Long and chewy with caramel-soaked plum and clove.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
