Releases No. 6 (Spring) and No.7 (Fall) of Sam Houston 15 Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey are the most aged bourbon offerings to date from Sam Houston. These releases were crafted from specific barrels in a private reserve of premium bourbon. This bourbon was distilled from a mash bill of 74% Corn, 18% Rye, and 8% Malted Barley before spending 15 years and 0 Months in barrels with a #4 Char. No two batches are the same, but the taste profile captured in the barrel sampling process showcases the care and craft utilized in creating this limited and extremely rare bourbon.
Nose: Toasted sugar, dark fruit, and aged vanilla cream.
Palate: Cherry and sweet tobacco with oak, baking spice, and spicy cinnamon.
Finish: Oaky dryness, with cinnamon, toasted oak, and sweet leather.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
