Colkegan's latest expression has been aged for over six years, initially 52 months in 200-liter barrels, then, as the master distiller was monitoring the stock, one barrel was selected for an extra 12 months of finishing in apple brandy casks, added to still-wet barrels of apple brandy that Santa Fe Spirits also distill themselves. Santa Fe Spirits bottles all of its Colkegan Apple Brandy Cask Finished in small batches, so each batch will have its own unique flavor. With the Apple Brandy Cask Finished we like to maintain the differences.
Nose: Ginger juice, apple tart, strawberry shortcake, and light, sweet smoke.
Palate: Apple, poached pear, marmalade, and light smoke.
Finish: Rich and lingering.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
