SAP56 pairs exquisitely 5-year-old Canadian whisky with Grade A maple syrup. With 50% less sugar than traditional flavored whiskies and 100% natural, the product ranks in the high-end tier of the category. SAP56 is simply perfect on its own or you can let your imagination run wild! As part of SAP56’s special formula, our passionate artisans oversee a 56-day harvesting and processing period of pure maple water, resulting in a Grade A maple syrup with a robust taste and deep amber color. SAP56 whisky is crafted from 85% corn, 10% rye and 5% barley. Each grain is distilled and aged individually. Our aging techniques give each grain a specific contribution to our final whisky.
Nose: Complex, elegant, and soft with roasted maple.
Palate: Burnt sugar, chicory, black coffee beans with oak and fruit notes.
Finish: Long with notes of ginger, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
