Berkshire’s Ethereal Gin series is a limited edition collection, the variables in its recipe, and brightly colored label changing with each batch. This barrel aged Ethereal Expression No. 2 spends more than twelve months in ex-bourbon barrels. With its notes of honey and vanilla this gin has a silky smooth body and a balanced botanical mixture of brown spice, citrus, angelica, orris and juniper, with subtle hints of wood. "This gin should be imbibed any way you like, straight up, in a cocktail or a good old G an T, enjoy” (producer).
Nose: Notes of honey and vanilla drift though a silky smooth body.
Palate: The botanical mix is a good balance of brown spice, citrus, angelica, orris and juniper that seems to almost play second fiddle to the subtle effects of the wood.
Finish: Slightly hot.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
