The Block's Spring Gin is a floral paradise made with rose, lavender, hibiscus, chamomile, and elderflower. Juniper is in there but ceases to dominate the flavor profile. Starting sweet and bright on the front of the palate this gin finishes with a touch of black pepper spice from the earthy florals. The Block's Spring Gin creates a delightful gin fizz with the florals rising through the foam and don't leave out the classic gin and tonic either.
Nose: Rose, lavender, hibiscus, chamomile, and elderflower with soft juniper.
Palate: Sweet and bright with a touch of black pepper spice and earthy florals.
Finish: Crisp and refreshing finish with subtle juniper and citrus notes.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
