This single malt was first matured in American Oak giving it its full-bodied and honey profile. Then, it was finished in a French Oak barrel infused with the finest Bordeaux wine from its initial use. This French barrel was then taken through the N.E.O.C process to offer a virgin oak base for further maturation. N.E.O.C gives the whiskey a ‘New Oak’ style spice working in harmony with notes of dried fruits echoing of the barrel's Bordeaux wine lineage. This unique single malt highlights the best traits of two different species of oak.
Nose: Honey, stewed fruit, poached pear, blackcurrant, vanilla, toffee, spice, pastry, white chocolate, mineral, and herbal freshness.
Palate: Stewed apples, poached pear, banana, pineapple, and sweet malt.
Finish: A soft Spice with lingering fruit.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
