SHINOBU 10-year-old is a premium Japanese Whisky aged for a minimum of 10 years, allowing the flavors to develop and mature over time. SHINOBU (meaning forbearance in Japanese) Whisky is handcrafted by the creative master blender, Mr. Ken Usami, by using a blend of malted barley, which is carefully selected and mashed to create a rich and complex flavor profile which are first reserved in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks and then finishing them with precious Japanese Mizunara oak. Overall, The SHINOBU Pure Malt Mizunara 10-Year-Old is a premium Japanese whisky that embodies the artistry and tradition of Japanese whisky-making. Its use of Mizunara oak casks during the aging process gives it a unique flavor profile that is sure to impress any whisky enthusiast.
Nose: Fresh wood barrel, vanilla, and flowers with a breath of nectar.
Palate: Maltose, a bit tones of fruits citrus, Mizunara oak, and coffee beans.
Finish: Medium, woody, back to sweet aftertaste of maltose.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
