Champagne Bollinger is one of the most famous houses in Champagne, in northern France. It is notable for its muscular, Pinot Noir-dominant cuvée, and is widely available around the world. The house, originally known as Renaudin-Bollinger & Cie, was founded in 1829. It passed through generations of the family of Bollinger until 2008 when, for the first time in its history, the chairman came from outside of the family.
Nose: Aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries, red currants and cherry notes.
Palate: The lively berries follow through to the palate with red apples and hints of cinnamon.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
