Highland Park has announced the launch of Cask Strength Release No. 3, the third release in a series created to “capture the essential DNA of Highland Park” by bottling their spirit with no added water, no chill filtration, and no added color. Highland Park Cask Strength Release No. 3 is a vatting of first-fill sherry seasoned American and European oak casks and a smaller quantity of refill casks.
Nose: Smouldering peat, lightly charred oak, honey-glazed lemons, and crushed aniseed.
Palate: Ripe mango, cloudy heather honey, and whipped vanilla cream with violet hints.
Finish: Long and distinctive with grapefruit zest, sponge cake, and heathery peat smoke.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
