It is said that the aroma of the wild and rare Madre Cuishe agave is that of fresh fallen rain. We’ve been able to capture its volcanic, citrusy, and arid habitat of interior Mexico in every bottle. agave type: Madre-Cuishe grown in the wild, harvested after 12 years. Soil/habitat: Yellow soil in the lowlands with arid terrain. Cultivated in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca in the district of Tlacolula. Cooked for 3-5 days in an earthen pit using ocote (pine) wood. Crushed in tahona (circular millstone) Fermentation: 10-12 days in pine vats with wild (natural) yeast. Twice distilled in copper stills.
Nose: Green aloe, pine sap, white pepper, agave syrup, sage, and thyme.
Palate: Lime, lemon, pepper, mesquite, sage, candied ginger, and light mango.
Finish: Smooth and crisp finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
