A blend of two 14 year double-matured Single Blended Rums - utilizing both artisanal double-retort pot and traditional twin column Coffey stills. One rum was matured for 5 years in Ex-Bourbon barrels, then transferred to Ex-Cognac casks for an additional 9 years.
The other was matured for 12 years in Ex-Bourbon, then transferred to Ex-Camus Cognac casks for an additional 2 years. All distillation, maturation, blending and bottling occurring entirely on-site, at the Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados. Bottled at 61% ABV - 122 Proof. No color, no sugar, no additives, no filtration.
Nose: Toasted banana chip, caramelized pineapple, and bright tree fruits layer on top of pipe tobacco, cigar wrapper, and leather.
Palate: Chocolate covered figs, blackberry pie, and rich caramel.
Finish: Smooth and long with fresh peaches, grilled peach with pineapple and toasted coconut.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
