The Holmes Cay Jamaica ITP 2007 edition comes from the storied Long Pond Distillery. Founded in 1753, Long Pond began its existence as a sugar estate and distillery in the Jamaica Parish or Trelawny, and the Long Pond Distillery is now part of National Rums of Jamaica. This all-molasses rum is a single, low ester mark called the Ive Trelawny Pot or ITP. It was produced on the historic John Dore Copper pot still and was 100% tropically aged in Jamaica in ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled in New York State in 2022 at 56% ABV.
Nose: Ripe banana, pineapple, and ginger with hints of tobacco.
Palate: White pepper and clove with banana, mango, and brown sugar.
Finish: Long and balanced with oak and tobacco leaf.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
