Bruichladdich introduces the new Black Art 7.1: the casks that were selected for this vintage single malt whisky from 1994 were matured for 25 years. It was the year when Bruichladdich was closed, so this whisky is a witness of the last months the distillery’s production before it was mothballed and waited for its revival in 2001.
Nose: Notes of marzipan, walnut and crème caramel, followed by Turkish honey, passing on to the scents of strawberries, violets and coconuts. Intense fruity notes of ripe plum, poached pear, raisins and grapefruit, slowly turning into spicy-woody nuances and the scent of nutmeg, toasted oak, roasted coffee beans and brown muscovado sugar.
Palate: Velvety texture and a soft, round mouthfeel. Dry, woody aromas give way to the fruity-sweet combination of coconut, Turkish honey, caramel and orange peel and end in a perfect balance of texture, power and mysterious elegance.
Finish: Long and smooth with its incredibly gentle texture. Ends in a grand and unforgettable finale of roasted nuts, tropical fruits, baked pineapple and butterscotch.

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
