Boasting heaps of rich sherried character in true GlenAllachie style, this exquisite 8 year old single malt joined the distillery's core range in 2022. Under the expertise of master distiller Billy Walker, an innovative selection of the finest casks including Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, virgin oak casks, and red wine barriques combine to create an impressively fruit-rich sipper.
Nose: Spiced fruit loaf with sweet cinnamon, a smidge of ginger, and juicy raisins. A touch of nutty malt balances floral honey.
Palate: Rich, dark muscovado sugar, more dried fruits with sultanas, and dates dusted with fragrant baking spice.
Finish: Maple syrup, roasted almonds, a touch of menthol rests beneath, with earthy coffee and cocoa.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
