This single malt comes presented in a limited-edition black bottle, and comes with a book containing 160 pages of photographs and narrative by Søren Solker of Highland Park, capturing what sets it apart from other distilleries and charting his 26-year career in photography. Søren Solkær’s distinctive work, particularly in portraiture, has earned him a global reputation. In 2016, they commissioned Søren to capture their distillery team at work, to record the whisky-making traditions they have followed for over 220 years and to reflect the stark beauty of the Orcadian landscape that is their home.
Nose: Ripe with vanilla, rancio, baking spices, and sultanas.
Palate: Lightly sweet with mulled wine, Highland florals, cardamom, and a dash of peat.
Finish: Long and warm with a hint of smoke.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
