A flagship single malt from the family-owned Kingsbarns distillery in the Lowlands. Scottish for Dovecot, Doocot is named after a traditional nesting shelter for doves and pigeons. There’s a 200-year-old example at the distillery which is home to the first cask of Kingsbarns whisky ever filled. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon (90%) and STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) ex-Portuguese red wine (10%) casks. Non-chill filtered, naturally colored and bottled at 46%.
Nose: Sweet and floral, soft brown sugar with banana cake batter and tropical notes.
Palate: Pineapple syrup, summer berries and a hint of rhubarb.
Finish: Long with kiwi fruit and citrus zest.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
