The product is a seventeen year old single malt scotch whiskey that is distilled in 1997. The Fettercairn Benchmark Highland Limited Release is bottled at 50% ABV and is non-chill filtered. After seventeen years maturing in a refill American oak cask, Fettercairn was selected by Murray McDavid's Whisky Creations Team for finishing in a fresh bourbon cask. The highly active American oak has given the Fettercairn spirit sweet vanilla and spicy notes. This showcases the unique character of the Fettercairn spirit, as well as the quality of the casks available at Murray McDavid's traditional Victorian dunnage warehouse a the Coleburn Distillery in Speyside.
Nose: Candy, toffee apple, floral, and pear drops.
Palate: Tangerines, mandarin green tea, and roasted chestnuts with vanilla and oak.
Finish: Long and lingering.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
