We embrace traditional methods and reject additives and shortcuts. We hope you enjoy the result. A room-sized, wood-fired oven that is filled with agave and heated for days. The use of brick ovens is a hallmark of traditional tequila production, and the aromas are incredible. We never use diffusers or autoclaves because we care about tequila and the earth. Hand-operated mills that tear roasted agave fibers as distillers turn a crank, coaxing the fermentable sugars out of the agave. We focus on traditional production, and this is a good balance between tradition and tech.
Nose: Citrus notes, smoked agave, geraniums, and tobacco.
Palate: Sweet florals, herbaceous, and cooked green peppers.
Finish: Dry, with cucumber, kaffir lime, and cracked-pepper.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
