Made using an artisanal process, we cook our agaves in masonry ovens and then extract the honey and ferment it in stainless steel vats. The fermentation process is accompanied by classical music, to create a pleasant atmosphere so that the yeast, in the process of converting sugars into alcohol, does so in the most calm and comfortable way. Double distillation in copper stills, where our tequila acquires its character and profile, in this process we separate the heads and tails of the distillation, to preserve and bring to our bottles the heart of the distillation, where the agave honey becomes in tequila.
Nose: Ripe and cooked agaves, citrus, tropical fruits, herbs, florals, and spices.
Palate: Mineral, tropical fruits, herbs, mint, caramel, vanilla, and baking spices.
Finish: A full-bodied finish, with an excellent bouquet and lingering agave.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
