Our artisanal mezcal obtains its aromatic characteristics from the jima of mature Espadín agaves, from its cooking in a traditional underground oven and with the use of mesquite wood. Its grinding in a Tahona mill, a spontaneous fermentation of 28 days and a double distillation in traditional copper pots. Made by our master mezcalero, Don Tacho, this mezcal combines freshness and smoothness for the most subtle and demanding palates. We recommend tasting Mezcal 400 Conejos ® alone, accompanied by traditional worm salt. You can also experience it through different cocktails, which help to enhance its smoky flavors.
Nose: Campfire and ash, accompanied by faint ripe fruits and light herbal notes.
Palate: Soft, with hints of fresh wood subtly combined with sweet notes of cooked agave.
Finish: A pleasant and smoky finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
