Cabal Mezcal Salmiana Jaguar Head is a smooth, smoky artisanal mezcal made with 100% Salmiana agave. This mezcal is aged for 5 months in French and American oak barrels, giving it a deep golden hue. The intricate flavor profile is enhanced by notes of caramel, chocolate, tobacco, and a hint of floral sweetness.
Nose: A bright, clean and vegetal nose with robust aromas of crisp green bell pepper, fresh cut grass and lemon peel.
Palate: Upon your first sip, we awaken your palate with a hint of olive and fresh Serrano pepper, cooked Salmiana, and a distinct creamy mouthfeel.
Finish: Finishes with lemon zest, green poblano pepper, and an elegance that lingers gracefully.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
