Using hand-forged tools, we pursue the venerable art of tequila making, led by third-generation master tequilero Felipe Camarena. Our Extra Añejo is crafted from estate grown ripe blue agave. Before baking, the green hearts are taken out of each and every agave, which eliminates a vegetal taste and offers more sweetness to the taste. After the agave has been evenly baked and crushed with “Frankenstein” (mechanical tahona), it is then fermented for four to five days using only natural yeasts. Once fermentation is complete it is then carefully double distilled with pure rainwater and natural spring water in 100% copper pot stills. With no glycerin, chemicals or flavors added, the result is pure handcrafted tequila. Barrel aging for 48 months in American oak helps develop its rich flavors.
Nose: Citrus peel and roasted agave.
Palate: Honey and caramelized pineapple with roasted agave, spices, and oak.
Finish: Sumptuous finish with lingering bright, tingling Szechuan spices.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
