Rosaluna Mezcal Joven is produced in Santiago Matatlan, the “capital of mezcal”, in Oaxaca by siblings JJ and Frida Méndez León Jiménez. Their family has been crafting mezcal for over six generations in the hills of Oaxaca. Rosaluna is a “single-estate” mezcal operation; they grow their own agave plants and then harvest, cook, ferment, distill and bottle Rosaluna from start to finish. Rosaluna is the brainchild of an American foursome including Freddie Martignetti, an investor and adviser, entrepreneur Pepe Mireles, Terry Lee – former COO at underwear subscription brand, MeUndies, and Nate Brown, a creative director best known for his work with superstars Jay-Z, Drake and Beyoncé. The brand is carbon neutral, meaning they calculate their carbon emissions every year and pay for those offsets.
Nose: Cooked agave and subtle burnt sugar note.
Palate: Complex and layered notes of citrus and tropical fruits.
Finish: Silky smooth finish and just a hint of agave smoke.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
