Chamucos farm their premium blue agave in Los Altos, Jalisco and have used organic farming practices since the beginning in 1992. Their agave is slow cooked in specially designed ovens under low-temperature cooking for 30 hours and then cooling the agave for 24 hours. The juice or agua miel is naturally fermented with their proprietary yeast before being double-distilled in specially designed stainless steel Alembic stills.
Nose: Roasted agave balanced with vanilla, dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, toffee, caramelized pineapple, Cylon cinnamon and a hint of smoke followed by barely discernible pumpkin spice.
Palate: Warm, smooth and silky on entry and accentuated by perfect viscosity. Incredible awareness of layers of flavors of agave and toasted oak, vanilla perfectly balanced with chocolate, toffee and caramelized peach.
Finish: A long and profound finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
