The Bivouac, pronounced “bi?voo?ak,” refers to a temporary camp without a tent or cover. It alludes to a way of travel only meant for those who want to truly immerse themselves in nature. HIRSCH’s, The Bivouac honors those adventurous spirits who are brave enough to take the road less traveled. For its debut, The Bivouac combines two straight bourbons distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky - the world capital of Bourbon. Each bottle features a grid on the back label with exact batch specifications. Our custom mashbill is inspired by A.H. Hirsch Reserve 16-year-old legendary whiskey, providing balance to our make. Bottled at 100 proof with approximately 160 barrels bottled with each batch.
Nose: Barley, fresh-cut, cinnamon, cherry, and vanilla.
Palate: Maple pecan and peanut with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and honey.
Finish: Long with malted barely all held together.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
