Using hand-forged tools, we pursue the venerable art of tequila making. Our Blanco is crafted from estate-grown ripe blue agave. After the agave has been evenly baked for two days, it is then crushed with a roller mill, prior to being fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks with a proprietary blend of cultivated local yeasts. Once fermentation is complete it is then carefully double distilled in stainless-steel pot stills using volcanic rock-filtered water from an in-house well. With no glycerin, chemicals or flavors added, the result is pure handcrafted tequila.
Nose: Roasted agave, fresh herbs, and citrus fruits.
Palate: Savory notes of intense agave balanced with flavors of pineapple.
Finish: A long finish with agave taste deliciously lingers.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
