A bottle of Talisker 2000 Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Isle of Skye. This was distilled in 2000, double matured in Amoroso wood, and bottled in 2011 for the Distillers Edition series. This bottle is from batch number TD-S:5NZ. The Distillers Edition is a collection of master craftsmanship. Each cask in the series is individually selected and perfectly matched to the character of the single malts refined here. The two-parted maturation process gives more depth and complexity, which is the idea behind the limited Distillers Edition: preserving the perfection of the single malts that have already been awarded for their outstanding flavors. The selected taste nuances are more strongly accentuated in a way that is not found in the regular bottlings, but with fully maintaining the original character of these fine single malts.
Nose: Chocolate sweetness, caramel, sherry, raisins, leather, and coffee.
Palate: Warm peat smoke, vanilla, cocoa, and malty notes.
Finish: Long and lingering finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
