Infused with Kaffir limes and leaves that are mainstays of Thai cuisine because of their high aromatic oil content and intense flavor. Lime can be very temperamental and difficult to distill, and after all that hard work you can still end up with a spirit that smells and tastes like artificially flavored candy. Enter the makrut lime – the Thais use this citrus because of its high aromatic oil content and bold flavor. The resulting spirit is nothing like we have ever tasted – unmistakably lime and endlessly complex.
Nose: Tart and bright, with lemongrass, ginger and a strong lime character.
Palate: Slightly dry with lime followed by hints of wood, white pepper and cucumber.
Finish: Lingering dry finish.

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
