Certified organic and kosher, this single-barrel rye is made in Virginia's wine country from 100% rye grains and bottled at cask strength. After distillation, the rye whiskey is aged in new, white American oak barrels for approximately two years. The barrels, which are made by a cooperage in Minnesota, are made using beeswax rather than paraffin as a sealant.
Nose: Spicy aroma of oak, cloves and chili peppers that is complemented by a touch of fresh herbs.
Palate: Notes of caramel, spicy toast, rye bread and citrus dominate the palate.
Finish: A finish that is surprisingly sweet.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
