Named after the peak overlooking the Coppersea farm, Bonticou Crag Straight Malt Rye is crafted from 100% Hudson Valley rye, sourced directly from its own and neighboring farms in the Valley. Coppersea is proud to be a founding member of the Empire Rye consortium, and Bonticou Crag Straight Malt Rye is Coppersea’s first Empire Rye expression. Kilned to a light toast, and mashed in open-top wood fermenters, this malt rye is distilled twice in direct-fired alembic stills.
Nose: Dominant spice aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate: More spice flavors to accompany the nose.
Finish: Full and Mellow, with hints of black pepper.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
