This whisky is a blend of two extremely high-quality whiskies from Eifel’s most prized stocks. One half of the whisky was aged for a minimum of 3 years in Bordeaux casks, followed by another 4+ years of aging in freshly emptied full size Laphroig 10 Year casks which themselves are ex-Maker’s Mark casks. The 2nd half of the whisky spends its first 4-5 years in freshly emptied full size Laphroig 10 Year casks which themselves are ex-Maker’s Mark casks, before spending its final 2 years in first fill red Bordeaux casks from Chateau Ausone—one of only four wines in Saint-Émilion hold the top classification of “Premier Grand Cru Classé (A).”
Nose: Purple fruits and Seville orange marmalade.
Palate: Slightly burnt chocolate brownie, peat slabs, sooty charcoal, and dried seaweed.
Finish: Smooth finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
