Introducing new Redemption Sur Lee Straight Rye Whiskey. Inspired by the French winemaking process known as “Sur Lie”, Redemption Sur Lee uses a groundbreaking whiskey-making technique that has never been done before in the category. To create this first-of-its-kind innovation, we take our award-winning classic pre-Prohibition Rye mash bill and break conventional whiskey-making norms by adding the “whiskey lees” into the barrels and periodically rotating them during the aging process.
Nose: Grape, passionfruit, apple blossom, gummi bears, and plums.
Palate: Roasted marshmallows, maple, nutmeg, fennel, and caraway.
Finish: Pie crust, sweet pine, buttered popcorn, vanilla and dried fig.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
