Aged in Melbourne’s dynamic climate to produce a uniquely local rye whiskey resulting in a spirit that is full-bodied and smooth with a flavor profile of dried fruit, fresh herbs, and a hint of smoke and spice. The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey is Australia’s first whiskey to be legally labeled as 100% Straight, meeting the strict distillation and maturation processes required of typical American whiskeys. Perfect on the rocks or in old-school whiskey-forward cocktails.
Nose: Buttery dark rye bread, with hints of spice and light toffee.
Palate: Caramel vanilla, sweet allspice, clove, pepper, and green apple.
Finish: Dried red fruit and crème caramel, with woody spices.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
