In 1884, Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. completed the construction of Warehouse C, realizing his vision for a "Model Distillery Plant of the World." As the founding father of the modern bourbon industry, the legacy of Colonel Taylor lives on at Buffalo Trace Distillery, where Warehouse C stands to this day. This bottled-in-bond whiskey aged for 10 years in the very warehouse Colonel Taylor build over a century ago, a testament to Taylor's enduring commitment and uncompromising passion for producing Straight Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey of topmost class.
Nose: Dried fig and cloves followed by baking spice and an oaky dryness to balance.
Palate: Jam-like fruit, vanilla and a touch of smoke.
Finish: Dark spices with hints of tobacco.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
