An impressive offering from The Dalmore, this 2023 release of 30-year-old single malt spent its time maturing in bourbon barrels before finishing off in a selection of rare Port pipes. These included a cask that previously held Graham's 1982 single harvest Port, alongside other rare single harvest expressions.
Nose: Candied orange, treacle toffee, morello cherries, and freshly baked brioche.
Palate: Black forest fruits, pear tarte tatin, and Victoria plums. Madagascan vanilla pod, Napolean cake, and shaved almonds.
Finish: Colombian coffee, soft licorice, ginger spice, and aged balsamic, with a touch of Sanguinello blood oranges and dark chocolate.

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
