Distilled at one of the three remaining distilleries operating in Campbeltown, this exquisite 27-year-old single malt from Glen Scotia showcases the distinguishing coastal character of the distillery. Though Campbeltown is a small, and relatively remote, settlement at the end of the long Kintyre peninsula, it was once home to over 30 distilleries – a whisky-producing powerhouse. Though a fall in demand during the 1850s - prompted by a number of factors, including improved transport links which allowed the northern distilleries to gain the upper hand – the produce of Campbeltown was still highly prized into the 20th century. Today, only three whisky distilleries remain, but they more than makeup for this by producing a range of distinct malts, some adopting the smoky, oily character for which the region is beloved.
Nose: Smoke teases on the nose, giving way to rich and complex barley.
Palate: Barley, cocoa notes, and light smoke.
Finish: A bitter-sweet finish with phenols, and spices.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
