My Favorite Neighbor is a wine producer and brand based in Paso Robles, California, sourcing fruit from a range of grower-vineyards in the area. Established by Eric Jensen of Booker Vineyard in homage to his "favorite neighbor", Stephan Asseo of L’Aventure, the label was initially released in the Booker portfolio. It has since been produced as a separate project, albeit still made by Jensen. The flagship wine of the range is the varietally labeled Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from fruit in San Luis Obispo County although vineyard-designate wines are made in small volumes and released to mailing club members.
Nose: Dark berries, cedar, walnuts, sweet spices, and pencil shavings.
Palate: Flavors of blackberry and fig are elevated by notes of tobacco.
Finish: Lingering and refined with hints of minerality.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
