A charming wine with delicate and enchanting accents. It gives an impression of youth and vigor but also tenderness and serenity. Based on a blend of about fifty crus; the same approach to blending as that of the Brut Cuvee, with the addition of a proportion of red Champagne wine, which gives this wine not only a style typical of Piper-Heidsieck but also a distinctive color and fruity taste. The harmony of the blend develops during a long maturing process lasting at least thirty months in the Piper-Heidsieck chalk cellars.
Nose: Morello cherry, mandarins, and blood oranges, with cinnamon.
Palate: Cherries, cranberries, strawberries, macerated fruits, and red plums.
Finish: Nice and smooth finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
