Tenuta Rapitalà is a wine producer located on the island of Sicily. It produced its first vintage in 1976 and today cultivates a combination of native grape varieties like Nero d'Avola, Catarratto and Grillo, alongside imported varieties like Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The estate extends over an area of 225 hectares (556 acres) and the vineyards range from 980 to 1970 feet (300-600m) above sea level on clay and sand-rich soils. The grapes from each vineyard parcel are vinified separately in order to gain the maximum expression of each individual terroir. Rapitalà's cellars have recently undergone renovations and now house more than 600 French oak barrels.
Nose: Dried dark berry fruits, married with toasted oak and fennel.
Palate: Dark cherry, blackberry jam, hints of cinnamon and juicy plum.
Finish: Full and soft with wild berry and spice.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
