Bodega San Valero was established by 66 founding partners in 1944—only 12 years after Spain adopted its Denominación de Origen quality system and created the Cariñena appellation, under which Bodega San Valero’s wines are designated. Having been at the vanguard of winemaking in the region for decades, the group has a rich history and a solid reputation for innovation. It was the first winery in Aragón—and the second in Spain—to build a bottling plant, in 1962, marking the transition from bulk to quality wines.
Nose: Red and dark fruits of plums, cherries, and blackberries.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with moderate acidity. Soft and velvety texture.
Finish: Fruit-driven finish with subtle spicy and toasty notes.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
